To ensure piece of mind to ourselves and our customers a signature is required for all orders!
A tracking number is added to your order confirmation and will be sent out via email and in the my order page.

Next Day Delivery
If you are not home, the driver may leave your parcel with a neighbour but will always obtain a signature. Parcelforce will notify you to advise where the parcel has been left. Alternatively, you can contact Parcelforce to rearrange delivery on a different day.
If your order does not arrive on the designated day and you have not had any communication from us to advise of a delay please call us on 0121 359 4406 Monday – Friday 9am- 5pm. Alternatively, email us at sales@mcfootwearltd.com to track a missing order.

Orders can be collected free of charge from our warehouse between the hours of 9am- 5pm Monday to Friday.
We will need to have prior notice before wanting to collect orders.
